Not so much about academics, but about Catechesis in general...because Eternity hangs in the balance.

This was great - and oh so very true! One of the very reasons I homeschool as well. We have such a rich and wonderful faith - all of it - would that all Catholics make the effort to truly learn the depth and riches (and yes, even the "hard" lessons) of the Catholic faith - and then pass these teachings on to their children!
Don't you just love the truth Michael Voris proclaims boldly! He has been in our Diocese twice for a visit {missed him both times} but I did see him in Kansas at the Traditional Catholic Family Weekend. My children and I frequently watch the Vortex during our lunch.
Thank you Allison, you always have such good links and information.
I admire so much homeschooling moms! I desire to homeschool my children, however my husband is not catholic and will not let me. Please pray for my family!! Thank you!

WELCOME TO THIS PHOTO - JOURNAL celebrating the traditional, Roman Catholic faith ... in words and images. I believe that Catholicism & The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass are the GOOD, the TRUE and the BEAUTIFUL in this life. With my camera and my words, what better f o c u s could I share on this blog? The first post appeared in May of 2007, when I started homeschooling my 4. In 2011, this blog was the reason we traveled to Rome, to participate in the VATICAN BLOGGERS MEETING, where my goal to promote Catholic social media began. Today, 2 of my homeschoolers have graduated and study at/graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville. It is so encouraging to have this online community, to know you are out there and to share what we learn with each other. May we do so, AMDG, for the glory of God and all for Jesus, Mary & Joseph. Totus Tuus! +JMJ+
