The front-of-the-house squirrels entertained us this week. Their acrobatics and ingenuity were cause for a pause in the school day.
Opening the lid of the bird feeder...
Climbing in for a claustrophobic snack...
Swinging, not from the flying trapeze but rather my clawed screen to bridge his way to the seed!
Crazy squirrels always welcome here.

Joining Barb in 52 weeks of daily life in pictures: trials and celebrations,
the extraordinary and mundane --
whatever is unique to the week.

Haha! It makes my husband crazy when the squirrels try to get in the bird feed. I say if they can figure out the squirrel-proof feeder they get to eat!
we love watching the crazy acrobatics of the squirrels too. you captured some great moves !
I just saw one this morning. Sitting in the snow eating and eating. I imagine he/she was starving from hiding out because it has been so cold. Birds are back also.
love your pics. I am alwasy stopping by here even though I do not say HI very often.
Thoughts and blessings to you this weekend. Hope it is a good one!
What great photos! We have squirrels that frequent our backyard; it's amazing how close they will come to the house. I guess they feel quite comfortable with us!
Hope you have a great day!
