Year of the Priest ~ Appreciation Dinner
Some members of our local, Catholic homeschool group organized a dinner in honor of our beloved priests to acknowlege the Year of the Priest.
We sent out black and white invitations.
The tables were set in black & white too.
Quite a talent show followed...violin & paino concertos, irish dance, poetry recitations...but how could we ever thank our priests enough for bringing us Christ!

What a great snippet of photos from the event! I am sure that all the Priests in attendance felt blessed and honored to be there.
Very neat idea ... maybe a yearly tradition? Can we ever thank our faithful priests enough? I'll have to bring this up to our group.
This is an awesome idea! You've got my wheels spinning.
God Bless.
Love love love the Rosary cup cakes!!!!!! I'll have to do that for my son's first communion party...in like 4 years!!!!!
that was wonderful. I loved the black and white theme, and the table number cards, and the Program with the St. John Vianney picture on it. (it's always so curteous to have a program for guests at an event, to follow along.) Love the idea of the music/dance recitals too after dinner I imagine the priests were delighted.
Fantastic idea! What a fine event.
