Hypocrisy?

8:10 AM
In his inaugural address and here again Obama talks about LIFE being precious, worthy of protecting. And yet he has voted for the most extreme abortion policies of any liberal! Google his record on Born Alive.

All indications would tell us that he is a bright man, so is this hypocrisy? Certainly he must see and hear how his words should also apply to the UNBORN??

Pray that God is working on his heart....

from AP - WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama said Thursday he will establish a White House office of faith-based initiatives that will show no favoritism to any religious group and adhere to the strict separation of church and state.

Addressing the National Prayer Breakfast, Obama spoke of how faith has often been a divisive tool, responsible for war and prejudice. But, he said, "there is no God who condones taking the life of an innocent human being," and all religions teach people to love and care for one another.

WHO IS MORE INNOCENT THAN THE UNBORN?

I am completely horrified that there are States in this country that preform 2nd Trimester abortions. I Googled Born Alive, and was horrified at some of the stories I read. I recall during the election, my husband saying something about Obama supporting a law that allows such filth to occure, I just couldn't believe any human would condone such behavior. It is murder, but he is at it again with the new bill he is trying to pass. Partial Birth Abortions, now that's MURDER!

It does seem contradictory, doesn't it, to talk about life in the ways that he has but to vote so pro-abortion. Hmph. We do need to keep praying for him ... and just never, ever give up!

I just read something from G.K. Chesterton that can be applied here. I think when he said it, he was defending the Faith. But I think it could apply to this fight for the unborn, and all precious life, too.

He says, "The one perfectly divine thing, the one glimpse of God's paradise on earth, is to fight a losing battle—and not lose it."
