Oh, she's so beautiful. Don't you love wee girls??? Ribbons and bows and painted toes? Lovely. She looks so happy and content. I love love love her hair!!

My girl is 12 and loves to be girlie. Lucky me. My sister's daughter is more sporty - just like my sister was. I can't explain my girl, because I wasn't so keen on all that girly stuff and I ended up as a punk in high school and now I feel that I should begin wearing dresses and skirts. I'm in transition again.

Your kids are SO cute!! I love playground pictures!

Thank your husband for me, that was a perfect and fitting bible quote. Funny, though, my parents could use the same quote and turn it around to fit their situation.

I believe totally with you. I think we are suffering, waiting through the abuses, staying where we are supposed to be.

You are so thoughtful, thanks for thinking of me! Blessings on your day!

After 3 boys, and my husband coming from a whole bunch of boys family, we were so amazed to be having a girl. It continues to be a delight to all of us. She loves to play like the "brudders" but is happy to dress up femininely and flit around the house in a tutu and handbag over her shoulder. J.O.T., I know exactly what you mean.

Thanks for all your sweet words everyone, as you can see, she is one of my favorite camera subjects! She captivates me. We are sooooo close at this age and I pray it remains that way.

Go East...her blog...was fun to look at. She lives on the most beautiful spot on the planet. I would love to live by the ocean.

Your daughter looks so sweet...that dress is so cute!

Yes, Christine, I often want to move to Canada to live with Renee of Go East, They said blog. Not only is her place breathtaking but the sweetness SHE exudes makes it even more appealing to want to be near HER!

It's amazing how quickly we can come to love these bloggers we've never met yet feel so connected to....

My daughter's dress came from a dear friend who returns to Mexico often. My daughter loves the dress and so do I, not only for it's beauty but because it reminds us of our friends. I happen to love Mexico too and hope to take my children there someday.

She is just so beautiful, a beauty to behold! I can't get over how much of a similarity there is between her and our grand-daughter Gemma sometimes. The hardest part about these little ladies is they grow up all too quickly and don't want mama to do their hair anymore. :-) Enjoy having a darling girl, a mini mommy for sure. wink, wink.
