Have You Consecrated Yourself to Jesus Through Mary?

It's WHY we are Totus Tuus Family +JMJ+, all for Jesus, through Mary, in union with St. Joseph.

We have done the St. Louis de Montfort Consecration, reading True Devotion, which shines a light into your heart. We have used the Catholic Family Land books and DVD, which are wonderful.

St. Maximillian Kolbe had this devotion, too, and his consecration can be found HERE.

And a dear family friend, Ray Mooney, can help you and your parish grow closer to the Holy Family with a parish consecration program. MyConsecration.org

Do you have a special love for the Holy Family? Is God asking you to draw closer to Him?

Hi Allison!

I am so excited about beginning my consecration to Jesus through Mary through Father Michael Gaitley's "33 Days to Morning Glory". In my Women's Group we are starting this on February 20th so that our Consecration/Feast Day is on March 25th, The Annunciation. Looking forward to growing deeper in love with our Lord Jesus!

That's wonderful, Valerie!

Wanna hear something that might give you goosebumps? I made mine on that feast day as well. My oldest son and I went to Mass that morning and I took him out for breakfast afterwards...a little one on one time. Our waitress approaches and my son, who understands what I've just done, sees my jaw drop. Truthfully, he probably was a little embarrassed too because her name tag...big as day...said MOMMA MARY!!

Well, of course, I just gushed to her and she looked at me like I was nuts. Maybe she wondered about it later...I hope. But TO ME...how could I NOT see that as confirmation?!

God bless you on your faith journey. I enjoy your blog, followed it and liked you FB page. Mine is https://www.facebook.com/pages/Totus-Tuus-Family-Catholic-Homeschool/285307812834

Thank you for posting this. What a wonderful way to get closer to Jesus. I too made the "Total Consecration to Mary", St. Louis DeMonfort's method, three years ago on the feast of her Assumption and renew it yearly. There is also an iPhone Consecration app as well as one for the Droid.

I am thine,
and all that I have is thine,
dear Jesus through Mary thy Holy Mother!

Hi Allison,

I have! I have made my first consecration in October 2011 and renewed for the first time last fall.

The first time I used the Fr Helmuts Libietris book from St Louis de Montfort and the last time I used Fr Gaitly's 33 Days to Morning Glory.

I am hoping at some point to start this in our parish....baby steps. :)

Amen! Thank you for posting the resources and encouragement, Allison. My consecration was one of the best spiritual journeys I've made, thus far in my life. Each renewal is a blessing as well, isn't it? Loved your story about Momma Mary in the restaurant! Gave me chills. Ave Maria!
