What a list! What a book (I read about it on amazon). No wonder you said it has many meme ideas inside its covers!
I love reading people's lists because it gives me ideas to seek out movies I may or may not have already seen and therefore I will be a seeker for now.
I'm such a woosie on doing this movie recommendation myself because I've found if I recommend a movie, it's just not someone else's taste at all and feel silly. But, because you initiated this list, I will begin a fresh sheet in my notebook and jot down those I can think of off hand, and more to come. Then, I'll share with you. NO time limit is there? LOL
I've had fun talking to people and reading other lists...putting in more requests to my Netflix.com queue.
I was a film major in college so some movies, that I would perhaps find problematic in content today, were worthwhile TO ME in innovation, THEN and a part of who I've transformed from NOW.

Jamie Jo - I just did as many as came to me. I think Christine did less than 30 on her blog.
Bet you'll have some on yours that I'll say a-ha to as well. Christine reminded me of all the classic black&whites.
I'll try and post mine tomorrow.
I plan to take part, too! My husband and I use movies for our at-home date nights, so we are always looking for suggestions and new ideas.
