Homeschool lunch


Here's the gang with their smoothies hoisted high. I must confess some pride in knowing that I can provide my children a school lunch that seems so personal and would not likely be available at a "school" cafeteria.

Many days it's eggwhite omelets hot off the griddle with the daily smoothie.

Here's what I put in the smoothies, one pitcher for 4 kids.
- one bag of organic frozen berries

- one cup of yogurt

- a packet of double protein and calcium Carnation Instant Breakfast

- a banana

- apple and FROOSE juice

If it's noon....you know it's smoothie time here! :)
